A “Night of Uzbekistan” event, dedicated to showcasing the tourism potential of Uzbekistan, took place in the Kazakh city of Aktau.

The event was attended by Tlegen Abishev, Deputy akim of Mangystau region, Abilkhair Baypakov, akim of Aktau, leaders of regional media outlets “Mangystau Media” and “Mangystau TV,” journalists, heads of republican public associations, business circles, and Uzbek compatriots.
Participants were provided with detailed information about the Center for Islamic Civilization in Tashkent, the opening of which was attended by scholars and specialists from Mangystau Region.
Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan also presented information about the tourism potential of Uzbekistan, focusing particularly on pilgrimage and medical tourism.
As part of the event, an iftar was organized for the guests. The participants highly appreciated the rapid development of bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and the prosperity of the two nations.
